With over 25 years of experience in bodywork and wellness, I bring an integrative, client-centred approach to massage therapy. As a Registered Massage Therapist and owner of Lotus Studios in Haines Junction where I have spent the past seven years providing massage therapy in remote Yukon communities, with a particular focus on working alongside First Nations communities.
I believe in our innate capacity to move toward greater balance and well-being. My approach combines clinical massage therapy with somatic awareness, supporting the connection between physical health, nervous system regulation, and emotional well-being. My particular interests include chronic pain science and the effects of somatic treatment on our mental and emotional states.
My clinical practice draws on orthopaedic assessment, myofascial techniques, joint play, facilitated stretching, acupressure, trigger point therapy, and breathing techniques.

Certified in Lomi Lomi massage, Reiki, HelioSol, ProHealth Movement Therapy, and Yoga.
Additional training in hot stone massage, energy-based practices, meditation, and visualization.
Former massage therapy instructor in anatomy, neurology, myology, treatment techniques, and clinical assessment, with experience supervising student clinical practicums.Having studied many modalities, I draw upon years of hands-on work and study to assist you.
